He was awarded the gold medal for best student in post-graduation by Professor N.N. Gupta, as well as the gold medal for best student in graduation by Professor S.M. Goswami. This gives him the distinction of being the top student in each of their respective programs. He was awarded the renowned TCT-IABP Scholarship, and he has been listed as international faculty at a number of different conferences.

He is committed to providing therapy that is both compassionate and thorough, with the intention of serving the community as a whole. He has been trained in CHIP, which is an acronym that stands for Complex and High-risk Coronary Intervention. He is an expert in OCT, IVUS, ROTABLATION, as well as complex angioplasties. His participation in the TAVI and EVAR programs has been quite active.
